These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Conscius platform ("Service"). By creating an account or submitting information, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

You may use Conscius only if you are authorised by your organisation and are at least 16 years old. Your organisation is responsible for managing user access and permissions.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
• You may not share accounts unless authorised by your organisation
• You must follow your workplace's internal policies when using the platform
• You must not misuse or attempt to compromise the platform's security

Your organisation retains full ownership of all reports, submissions, feedback, and uploaded files. Conscius does not sell, trade, or monetise your data. We process data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the platform.

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Interfere with platform functionality or security
• Attempt to access data belonging to another organisation
• Use the platform for unauthorised commercial purposes

Conscius aims for continuous uptime and reliability. However, maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access. We are not liable for interruptions caused by hosting providers, networks, or force majeure events.

We may suspend or terminate access to:

• Protect platform security
• Comply with legal obligations
• Address misuse or unauthorised activity

Organisations may export or delete their data at any time, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Conscius may update these Terms periodically. If material changes occur, we will notify account owners or display a notice inside the platform.
